We love the idea of plates kept simple. Food cooked as nature intended. No fuss, no frills – over smoke and fire with a little Forge-made seasoning to bring things to life. Our charcoal Kopa-smoked meat, fish and veg, tapas-style small bites, 28-day dry-aged steaks and sharing cuts, home-forged pizzas and burgers and our weird and wonderful home-infused spirits and smokin’ craft cocktails await.
